This website collects enquiries only. We do not accept any payment online. Where a booking amount applies, it is agreed with our team and recorded in your written quotation.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the hotels, transport and permits involved in your specific Yatra, and are stated in your quotation before you pay anything. We will always explain the terms in full before you commit.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under your quotation, it is processed to the original payer's account. Bank charges, if any, are deducted.

Changes by us

If we are unable to operate a confirmed Yatra for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative date, an alternative itinerary of equal value, or a full refund of amounts received.
