Ayodhya
A divine city where Lord Ram lives in every breath, and bhakti flows with the Saryu.
The Divine Birthplace of Lord Ram
Ayodhya sits on the gentle curve of the Saryu, and for millions of devotees it is the most emotionally charged place in India. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir has transformed the city, and the evening Saryu Aarti draws crowds to the riverbank in a way that echoes Varanasi.
We plan Ayodhya with realistic timing. Darshan queues vary enormously by day and season, so we build in buffer, secure comfortable transport between the temple complex, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan and Dasrath Mahal, and keep the pace gentle.
Ayodhya pairs naturally with Varanasi into a three or four night circuit, and with Prayagraj for the complete sacred triangle.
